How to Order:

Online Orders:

You can take advantage of our convenient online ordering system 24 hours a day/7 days a week. It is secure and easy. Just click the product category on the left side under “MENU”, browse the product line, identify the product you need, type in the quantity you need and click “BUY” button and follow the instructions.

Fax Orders:

You may fax your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To ensure prompt processing, please provide:

1. Account Number, if available
2. Billing and Shipping Address
3. Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
4. Your Name and Telephone Number
5. Product Number/description
6. Unit of Measure and Quantity desired

Special Orders:

We will be glad to research products that we do not stock. Please provide us with as much information as possible to speed our search. Once you approve the order, we will deliver the product as quickly as possible. Please note: Case quantity purchase may be required. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.


Open Account Purchase:

You can open a credit term account by submitting credit application (link to credit application) and faxing it to us at 310-533-8433 or 800-913-0722. We will notify you upon approval of your credit application with credit limits.

Our credit terms are 2%10net 30. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% fee per month on the balance of your account.

Credit Card Purchase:

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can call us with your credit card number or place an order online.

COD Purchase:

We will ship your order COD (except for home delivery orders) and accept company check, cash, bank check or money order.

Government and Educational Institutions:

We accept purchase orders from local, state or any federal agencies and educational institutions. Simply set up your account online and fax us your purchase order at 800-913-0722 or 310-533-8433. Our standard payment terms are 2%10net30.

Private Insurance and HMOs:

In order keep our cost down we do not file insurance claim forms. However, we will be glad to assist you with HCPCS codes and any other requirements you may have.

Pricing & Volume Discount

We reserve the right to change or make adjustment to prices on all of our products being offered due to error, changes in market condition, product discontinuation or any other reasons. Prices may change without notice.

Volume discounts are available on large quantity orders or open purchase orders with volume commitment.

Shipping and Handling

Standard shipment is by UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges are added to your order. Expedited orders can be shipped by UPS, Fed Ex next day or any other special delivery carriers, upon request. There will be additional shipping charges added to your invoice on expedited orders, heavy or larger size items or international shipments.

There will be no shipping charge if we ship via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL under your organization’s account number. However, there will be a $2.50 handling charge.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandize to us. NO RETURNS, of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:

1. Call our Customer Support Department at 310-787-0554. We will ask for the invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return, and provide you with a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition, to:

Please keep all packaging material, packaging box and appropriate documents in case you have to return the merchandize. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns. Products are not returnable beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. Special order items are not returnable. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.

Certain products due to hygiene and government regulations may not be returned. Those products are garments, raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, etc. While others such as wheelchairs are final sales and can only be repaired under factory warranty.

Appropriate county and state sales tax would apply on all California shipments.

We will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties in case of defective or broken items. All defective products will be accepted for credit or exchange or repair only.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will not sell or share your name, phone number or any information about you with any other company without your expressed written permission. If you do not wish to receive information on new products and other promotions from our company by e-mail, you can choose to opt-out of our e-mail promotions when you place your order (by clicking on the E-Mail Promotion Opt-Out check box).

Your credit card security is very important to us. Therefore, we utilize Verisign SSL certificate to protect your information. Verisign® is a publicly traded Encryption technology provider. We do not keep records of your credit card numbers or expiration dates on file. This information is passed directly through to our credit card processing company during the ordering process.
